Natasha Malik is a London-based clinical hypnotherapist, regression therapist, healer, and yoga & meditation teacher with over two decades of experience in the healing and wellbeing field. While all of her work is deeply relaxing, hypnotherapy is at the heart of Natasha’s practice, offering powerful, lasting change by working directly with the subconscious mind.

Natasha’s approach is grounded in the understanding that true healing occurs when the nervous system feels safe and relaxed. With over 20 years of experience, Natasha’s teaching is rooted in her British Wheel of Yoga training and deep understanding of Eastern spiritual practices.

Her classes provide a safe space for relaxation, healing, and self-discovery helping you move with ease, feel more grounded, and cultivate inner peace.

All classes are offered via Zoom, with in-person options available on Fridays at 5.45pm at the Helios Centre in Holborn 47 Eagle Street, Holborn, London WC1R 4AP.

Monday | 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (All levels)

Tuesday | 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Tibetan-influenced exercises for deep restoration and healing)

Wednesday | 7:20 PM – 8:20 PM (Midweek session with a gentle challenge)

Friday | 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM (All levels, online and in person at Helios)
